It is especially rewarding to write emotionally powerful music in a project where I can score to picture and create the magic that happens when music and imagery blend just perfectly.
Here are some of my recent commercial pieces that I've had the privilege to compose and perform an original score for.
Texas Hearing & Service Dogs PSA
Full orchestra. This spot ran live at a recent Univ. of Texas home football game in front of 85,000 fans, and it ran on the "Godzillatron" – the 2nd largest television screen in the world. The emotional appeal of this spot garnered this organization a large donation from a corporate donor in the crowd who was moved by it.

Honda "New Location"
My original score is full orchestra, presenting a clean, bold sound for the
look and feel of the client's brand new showrooms and service facility.

On this re-edit of an existing trailer, I was asked to replicate a song by Roky Erickson called "I Walked with a Zombie". It needed to match well enough to allow the dregs of the original soundtrack blend when we took the voice portions of the trailer.

Humane PSA "Adopt Love"
Full orchestra, reinforcing the warmth and emotional connection this man has with his dog, as well as with the warm look of the film footage used in this PSA.
